Meditation Workshop

I’m using this note to test some ideas I have for openly sharing guided meditations. Please note that meditations I share here are still in development. I appreciate any feedback you may have on how to improve the meditations for your own practice.

I’ll soon be heading to the Ecliptic Festival from Atlas Obscura and leading a guided meditation for those planning on experiencing the eclipse. I could use some help in workshopping the ideas I have for this meditation.
