Hello, World!
Boulder Speakeasy Toastmasters
We meet Fridays at noon!
Come join us on a Friday at noon (with some exceptions; see below) at the YWCA of Boulder County (2222 14th Street in Boulder, Colorado)
Guests are always welcome, and no RSVP is required (but please do try to arrive a few minutes early - parking can be limited around our meeting time, so you may need to park and walk a little bit to get to us).
Come to a meeting to see how our club can help you achieve your public speaking & leadership goals. We are a supportive group that welcomes everyone, from beginning to advanced speakers. Along with standard Toastmaster meeting activities, we also do occasional social activities and special themes like improv.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
At Toastmasters, members learn by doing, at their own pace and on their own schedule. We like to give as many people as possible an opportunity to participate in every meeting, in some capacity:
Perform a standard meeting role like Grammarian or Time Keeper.
Write and deliver a speech you prepare and practice in advance.
Evaluate a prepared speech, giving the speaker constructive tips and advice.
Give an impromptu speech of 1-2 minutes, known as a Table Topic.
Run the meeting as Toastmaster.
And we're excited to participate in Pathways, the new educational program of Toastmasters that allows you to choose your own journey, based on your communication and leadership needs and goals.
